Spring 2010 Soccer Season
REGISTRATION DATES: November 16, 2009 - January 15, 2010
FEES:

• $80.00 Full soccer registration for the spring soccer season (10 games in Spring - weather permitting)
   
• $60.00 Head Coach (of the team your child plays and you coach) for the spring season
   
• $60.00 for 3rd sibling or more in CFBSA (excluding select) for a full year

No cash will be accepted, no exceptions!! Make check/money order payable to CFBSA. We also accept VISA/MC/DISCOVER! A $50.00 NSF fee will be charged for all returned checks.

A 50% refund will be issued to any player who decides, prior to the first game of the season, not to play on a CFBSA team to which he/she was assigned with written request. No refunds after the season starts, no exceptions!

ANY REGISTRATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE (1/15/2010 )
WILL INCUR A FIRM $50 LATE FEE

PLEASE NOTE: U15 - U19 registration ends March 5th, a late fee of $50.00 will be added to all players who register after this date.
